The warranty covers hardware or assembly defects for up to 1 year; it does not cover misuse or normal scratches and wear over time. For a replacement request, email contact@sunnytailsdogleash.com with a few photos of the product and your order number. Shipping costs are not covered by the shop.
We reserve the right to decide whether a product qualifies for a replacement.

I have been using the convertible cloud leash for over 2 years now and honestly every other leash I own has been collecting dust. A hands free leash is such a game changer. The length is perfect for me to wear as a cross body and give my Frenchie room to roam. The material is also super easy to clean.
